I got a 1st gen non turbo motor swapped into a 2nd gen turbo talon (which i put the turbo on the 1st gen motor) but i also swap the fuel rail, injectors and fuel pressure regulator from the turbo 2g to the 1g, but the fuel pressure regulator is stuck open or something cus it keeps spraying fuel out the return line, so i was wondering if i could swap the fuel pressure regulator that i took off the 1g earlier and put it on the 2g fuel rail? sorry if it sounds a bit confusing

If your fuel pump actually works I'm not surprised the return line is dumping fuel. Where else is it going to go?

The 2G ECU is going to expect the base fuel pressure to be 43.5 psi and the 1G NA version run 47.6 psi so it's usable but you'll be a little richer than normal open loop.
