1g engine into 2g help

iam going to put my 1g engine into the 2g. I have the priginal engine in my 2g now.
what will I have to do to make my 1g engine work in my 2g?

Its not that hard but you are going to need ALOT of parts from the 1g car. Are you using DSMlink? If you are then after building the harness for the cam angle sensor and crank sensor you just need to check the 97-99 CAS box and the ignition is done. As far as the rest of the parts and the mods you need to make the magnus link is all you need.

I'm pretty sure you will. I'm not 100% sure of the rules for swaping motors from different years.

Use the 1g cas, did you search, look at road race. There is a list somewhere, but it has been covered here before.
