1.block off egr vavle nothing
2.brand new tps that costed $178.99:banghead:
3.did a vac test with cleaner didnt find anthing.

that to have a new biss screw and oring and still nothing. just got her running agian.afther install of the new tb body gasket.it sounds and smells like she is running rich.also when i tap the throttle the rpm stay there if a sec before returning to idle surge. if that helps at all

try adjusting the TPS. You should also check the TPS with a voltmeter and check the voltage with the throttle closed and fully open. Search around for the proper way to do it. Have you tried to replace the IAC valve?

Question

With the EGR Delete.. did you remove the un-needed vaccum lines? >>

I've heard of the EGR causing surge, however... if you leave the lines that run to the EGR unplugged or removed, it could potentially cause surge.
