1G Door Removal (REWARD For Help)

Okay, I did search and I feel like a noob right now, hence me placing this in the Newbie forum.

Alright, I need to take the doors off the 1G, I figured this wouldn't take long at all. I have already taken the fender off, removed all the hinges, basically everything.

But now I'm stuck, I can't figure out how to get the little black piece off. Its the piece that slides in and out of the door as you swing it open/shut. It had to nuts next to it on the door, so I took those off, but it still won't come off.

Whats the secret, how do I get this off? What am I missing?

I need help ASAP and will paypal $5 to someone if they help me in the next 20 minutes.

Knock the roll pin out, and pull it off. Hit it from the bottom and it pops out the top.

For some reason the doors when installing, they are hard to realign it either will move up to hit the striker or vice versa.

The hinges for the door may have play in them.
