Is it true that a 1g CAS is not needed on a '97 and up? I'm doing a 6-bolt bottem-end swap. I talked to someone about getting me the wiring for a 1g CAS and he asked what year I had, and he told me it wasn't needed. Can anyone verify this for me? Thank you. :dsm:

yes you do need it, and try and find a black top cas unless you have dsmlink.

Luckily it bolts right up since the 97+ have the cas back on the "correct" side of the head.

The RRE harness is so clean and nice and easy I can solidly recommend it.

It looks OEM.
