1g carbon fiber pop up headlight covers

Is it just a flat peice, or does it curve around the edges of the headlight cover?

They will be flush with the stock headlights. They do not roll over the edges.

I havent read every single little post in this thread but. Has ANybody seen a pic of these headlight covers? how do you know this guy is even making them. There was a guy on another thread doign exactly what this guy is doign and gettign people excited abotu stock cf wings he was "selling". Lets see some pics guy!

Thanks for the confidence. The pop ups will be ready once the mold is complete. If you are reffering to the 2g turbo wing then that is someone else who started a thread to see who was interested. The mold is being made for that as well. Also twenty5psi has offered his 1g 3 piece spoiler to make a mold off of so that too will be done once the time comes. If you want just a head light cover(covers the oem light) then that is available now. What you will get is a sheet of flat cf that you can fit to the top of our head light. You will have to use 3m tape or another form of adhesive to hold the cover on. This is the cheaper of the two ways to get cf head lights.

The maker of these cf products does not only do what I ask or what others request. He has 10-15 race cars that he has to make cf one piece front ends, full bodies, chassis work, roll bars, cages, etc. He offered to take on some smaller jobs in between his others. Some things take a little longer to make depending on the shape and size. If you are interested in anything then PM me. I have said this in the past and only receieved a few pms.

fitment is superb..trust me mine looks soo good..lines up perfectly..now i just need to get my engine running ....its a good thing the wing is taking awhile to make because i have to fork out my next 2 pay checks on getting my car up and running again

im working on getting covers for nick to make a mold of. we had snow so i couldnt ride my bike do the junkyard because my damn car is broke. i know i sound pethetic for riding a bike but you gotta do what youve gotta do. anyway, i will have a price and everything for them tommorrow.

I can assure you that this gentleman can make them and will make them if the money is there and organized. This is small to him and it is up to you guys if you want it done. Nick isn't pulling the wool over on anyone AND Frank's capabilities are way beyond headlight cover. Rest assured that he will make them high quality as with any of the work he does. Here are some pics I took of Chris Rado's Celica mold. Yes, Frank built Chris rado's drag Celica completely out of carbon fiber and next month or so will be making 2 more bodies with one being for a show car. Frank builds drag bodies for cars running 3's...3's folks. I think he can handle some headligh covers.
Not being a smartass, I understand the doubt when someone starts one of the threads, but Frank is for real and his work can be found in a lot of import mags and in the pro ranks of drag both domestic and import. If Nick has something in the works with him than it is for real....just gotta' get it oranized.
Hell he could actuall make the whole darn COMPLETE pop up headlight housing in carbon for ya'...$$$$...add a few more to that
Here is a pic of the mold for Rado's Celica body to show his work. If you know what you are looking at you would be impressed with the knowledge it takes to do this stuff at this scale. And this is just part of Frank's ability, just a part!
