I have a greddy flange with a 1g bov, I made it work, drilled holes on the 1g bov.

Mistake? Yea...but it was free my baby girl #3 was just born yesterday, and don't have funds for a real flange or hard piping so I went the ghetto way, and drilled two holes to make it work.

Works fine, and perfectly.

Rebuild 1gen crushe bov.

It flutters at low psi, only sometimes. At mid boost levels (creeping 3-6 psi) when I let off, it sounds like a dam Type S greddy genuine BOV like seriously ...I spent months trying to adjust three knock off bovs for that signature sound and this 1gen bov has it?

Is this normal?

Is my bov leaking?

Is it vta or recirced? If you have a hard metal intake tube going into your turbo it will be loud like a greddy I think they sound better. I hate the knock offs they are a waste of time and such a headache. Mine would always blow the adjuster screw out and be stripped LOL. Anyway if its fluttering alittle you might have crushed it to much. Plenty of poeple have done the drill method so it's not to had bro LOL. When your talking about it creeping what's exactly creeping? Not sure what you mean exactly.
