1G BOV flange?

I've been having an issue above 4k RPM under boost over 15psi I get a stutter and a lot of misfiring type feeling, trying to figure out what it was and decided to do anti-lag so I could feel the wastegate and BOV to see if they were opening when they were supposed to. Found out the BOV leaks ALOT of air under boost and was wondering what types of BOV will be a direct fit to the 1G flange or will I need to get a new flange welded?

It's already been crushed, so I figured the BOV itself is just on the way out. I pushed it up to 21PSI and ran it for a day or two before it gave out.

Is there a guide on this? I would prefer to not have to get a new flange welded or an adapter kit, but if not I'll go that route as well.

Also is there a way to find reviews on products? I found this BOV : EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts - and it's a direct bolt on, but I'd like to be sure it holds enough pressure for what I'm running (21PSI)

if yours is on its way out. you should be able to pickup another 1g BOV on CL for 25-40$ uncrushed

I'm running vented right now. It's already tuned for the difference when venting so that's not an issue, I can run recirc if needed.
