1g blinker problem?

Hey guys I am not quite sure if the sidemarker is supposed to blink when the blinker is activated because mine just act as parking lights and dont blink. My front parking lights blink though. is there a problem here? or is that how it is suppose to be.

Is it the lights on the bumper because there not supposed to blink.

its the orange ones next to the headlight on each side
