I just finally got a AWD trans into my car. I have absolutely no axles for it, but I am aware of the Intermediate shaft for the AWD cars. My question is are the 1g and 2g AWD axles/intermediate shafts the same?

Different. 2g's are longer.

Thank you, that's what I thought. Is the intermediate shaft the same and the cv-joint the difference? I have a 6-bolt swap in my car. The reason I ask that is because I can get CV joints no problem, but I need a Intermediate shaft for the car.

When you find that shaft and the support bearing assembly, let me know. Mine is being difficult. The shaft alone from Mitsu is $500.

Sent from my Droid Incredible, because I can.
