Ive been searching through all the threads on gauge installation but none of them show all pic of installing the gauge to vacuum lines. I just need to know what vacuum lines to tap into for the gauge to read. Sorry but its all alittle confusing to me. Please anyone provide a better illustration for me cause im getting very frustrated. Thank you very much

Tap into the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line. Follow the vacuum line from your fuel pressure regulator (located on the drivers side of the engine on the end of the fuel rail) to the solenoid which the line is connected to. I think there is actually a plastic union connecting the smaller length of vacuum hose from the soleniod to the longer length of hose connected to the fuel pressure regulator. Remove the plastic union and install the correct size vacuum tee in its place. VFAQ has a simple illustration.

To be honest, it is not hard to find if you know where to look. If you just look for a line coming off of the intake manifold and follow it to the fuel pressure solenoid, then follow that line that goes to the fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail. It is easy to locate if you know some of the main parts in your engine. The fuel rail is inbetween the largest visible part of the intake manifold and the valve cover. Follow the rail to the right side where a regulator with only 1 hose attatched to it will be on the end of the rail. T it off and install your gauge.
