1G auto- car goes dead lean after shift

This one had me stumped. My 91 auto goes dead lean after any shift...WOT or 50% throttle, doesn't matter. If I do a full pull in any of the gears it doesn't happen. I've checked for boost leaks, replaced the pump (which is rewired), replaced the AFPR w/ a stocker. No knock prior to it going lean. Nothing on the log gives me any clue as to what the issue is.

It's a simple setup...

During a shift it will bounce to like 20 af. My standerd will hit 20 if i use gears to slow down its normal.

Swapping out the sensor tomorrow. 99.9% sure that's the issue.

That is what lean would point to, at least in my case. I'm fairly sure the OP means the same, as he makes reference to knock.

afr lean? do you have a wideband?

I do, goes 20 then ----- when I hit anywhere from 50% to WOT and the car down shifts. OP did you figure out what was causing this issue for yourself?
