EVOscan Randomly goes lean

hey guy I got a question for everyone smarter than meand that seems to be a lot of you. I just took the head off the car,did a full head rebuild(resurfaced,valve seats, valve seals,etc) anyways, I put it all back together and started the car on a very simple base tune to get it running on my new evo ecu. The car idles decent and the afrs sit just under 15.0 until it reaches temp and then the car goes super lean,like 20.0 and I have to shut it off. I'm thinking it's going lean when the car goes into closed loop, I'm also Not sure about the plug for the front o2 sensor. I think it's plugged into the right one (left side under the intake there's a pigtail it's plugged into) but I found a second pigtail that it also looks like it would fit in(under the throttle body elbow) however it doesn't reach. Is the o2 plugged in wrong or do I have another problem. I do have evoscan 2.9 if you guys would like a log,my external wideband is not hooked up to evoscan tho

Once the car is warm up, can you see the o2 voltage with the evoscan cycling up and down like it's supposed to? It's a good start to see if it's working or plugged in correctly

It jumps around. I'm not sure which is front and which is rear tho

Where is your wideband bung located? its not unusual at idle for air to be pulled back up the exhaust pipe between pulses and show lean when its not, I doubt that its actually hitting 20:1 and still running.

You can hear it start to run like absolute trash when it goes lean. It's about 5 inches down in my downpipe

What injectors are you running and what injector scaling and dead time do you have for them?

I'm running RC 550s. I have absolutely no idea how to change anything on the tune,guy sent me a base tune set for 560s and I loaded it on,that's all I know. I have the rom file that's running on the ecu right now if you want me to send it to you to check it out? I really need someone to set me up with a rom for my car instead of a random one that's kinda close
