The auto 1G ALT is 75A vs 65A for the manual. I assume the auto ALT will bolt and plug right up?
I don't need anything bigger. Thanks,

The 65A Alternator wasn't used on Canada cars. They got either the 75A or the 90A due to the daylight running lights.

The 65A alternator was only used on manual NA cars in the US, the rest got the 75A.

All three swap but the alternator fuse needs to be sized for them.

Thanks for that. I see no 90A for 1G in Canada, 75A max.
Does the 2G alternator also work in a 1G? I noticed there are some 90A options for 2G.

Ok, I found that 1992 Galant had a 90A option that will work.
I understand 2G does not work.
