1991 TSI AWD 2.0L. Plans, make shy of 900whp with c16 and meth. I wanan make the v8s nervous when I come around.

I did low 800 HP with my supercharged zo6 on 91 octane pump and dual nozzle methanol injection. I'll bet you could make 900 HP on a DSM with that setup. You're going to use 93 octane and 4 x 1600cc = 6400cc injectors which would be more than 8 x 65 lb/hr (682.5cc) = 5460cc.

Im not using c16 anymore, im going to use Q16 and my injectors are FIC bluemax 1750s with FIC easytune fuel box.

That motor doesn't have that many miles, so tryin to break it in some more. Also Im about to get rid of the MAF and go speed density, blah blah blah, than tune for race gas.

If I was running over 600whp I would run more than a 38mm wastegate I would think.....Not trying to start an argument maybe they work amazingly I've never owned one smaller than a 40mm so Idk. Your build is exactly what I'm doing next manley internals is the way to go amazing build!!!!! I would think 750whp wouldnt be a problem with this setup(except the wastegate maybe).

No new pics or anything yet, but the Talon is with Nate at TPG Tuning and he finished everything up, went over everything and I was convinced on using E85 over Q16 for my race tune. Im expecting the Talon to be tuned any day now. Also I found a 4" inlet muffler that will be added onto the Talon since I dnt like the sound of the str8 pipe alone.

You might even need bigger injectors... E85 runs 9.7:1 AFR stoich.
But go for it...those should be a good starting point.


Not trying to offend you but if the video camera used in that short clip is the one you'll be taking to the dyno...don't bother!
Sorry but shitty cameras are my pet peeve, especially when it's a "review" of a product.

Its an iphone why would I take a video of it like that on a DYNO?(dnt answer) I think 1750cc Injectors can handle what I want on my setup. If im wrong, than O well, bigger must be better at that point than...

I always wanted this steering wheel, just wasnt in a rush to buy it until I saw it on the classifieds.

I also needed new front axles so I had some spare money and decided to get some DSS Stage 1000hp Front axles.

Like what? I have a fuel cell, aeromotive a1000 fuel pump, aeromotive fpr, aem fuel rail, fic 2150cc injectors.

I love this motor, I am jealous I am just starting out with my 90 GSX and since I came on this site im starting to like these motors more and more. This motor is a best and you guys are saying it gets better
