1g 6 bolt rear motor mount

hey dsm'ers. I just bought a rear motor mount for my 1990 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX from an auto parts store and it was different than the old one it had. The old one was short and the holes where bolts go are a little wider. The dude from there kept looking thru his inventory and couldn't find it. Am I giving him the wrong info or whats going on?

Check on rockauto.com . They should have the right one. The probably tried to give you one for a fwd.
