Well Hell guys shoot me some Ideas,

Problem-

19PSI I have the boost controller set at.

But when I hit around 5500RPM at WOT the PIS is 24 PSI all the way to Redline.

My wideband is reading 11.5:1 all the way to Redline.

MODS are in my profile.
I was thinking might have somethign to do wiht my cams I dono.

Based on your mod list... I'm guessing that you've got typical boost creep problems, due to your high flowing 3" exhaust in combo w/ the 16g.

The solution... you should port your O2 housing along with the hotside of your turbo, especially around the internally gated wastegate.

Can't port the O2 its is 3" off the bat one of the biggest out there.

I have to drop my exhust to change my oil put it that way..

+1 on boost creep. Since you have the big intercooler and injectors you can just tune to make sure you are okay through the 24 PSi. Seems like you might already be there since AFR is staying okay.

Port the waste gate passage not the o2 housing to fix the boost creep. You can also upgrade to a larger flapper, but I would stick to tuning for the 24 PSI. Just my .02

BTW had a 14b last month on and no creep at all it was the other way around. was set to 19psi and would hit 14psi by redline but I think thats normal for a 14b I dono.

+1 for creep. The 14b will do the opposite, just can't flow enough to keep you at that high boost level. The huge O2 housing and 3" all the way back will help cuase the creep. Port the WG hole and the turbine housing, should help it out. Bigger flappers can help make the hole bigger, but I don't think it's necessary. There's also the mod which allows the WG flapper to open further, but that takes some work.

If you are unable to bore out your wg housing, the only real option is to tune to 24 psi or not to go wot. Maybe it is time for a turbo upgrade with an external gate?

like bump it to 24psi and see if it creeps?

What he means is... since you're already creeping to 24psi, you should tune your car to run at that (because, basically that IS where you're running at) so you don't run too lean.

Okay, so your O2 housing is already 3"... the most important part though (as we're all stating) is the waste gate area. Gauranteed, you fix that... you'll boost to 19 and stay there all the way to redline.

the best solution to your problem will be to upgrade to an externally gated turbo, and run an external wastegate, or convert to external wastegate. This will help prevent spiking/creeping. Especially if you use well designed parts.

Goodluck!
