2G Consistent stutter around 5500rpm

6 bolt swapped 2g with 14b turbo @20psi, 560 evo injectors, running maf and have ecmlink.

I've had a consistent stutter/sputter at around 5500 rpm for years. Car drives beautifully outside of this problem. I've replaced plugs, wires, tried a new coil pack. Issue still persists. I just had the ECU out for repairs to 2 drivers and I had hopes the ECU was going to fix this issue.. nope, it didn't

What else can I look at before I turn my boost down and start running slower in hopes that fixes it. TIA!
