So, there is probably more than one way of getting this to work without a switch but this is one way that I did on my 95 GST.
1) Disconnect your battery (always when working on an electrical project to prevent ecu damage)
2) Locate your fusebox which should look like this:
3)Locate the radiator fan high and radiator fan lo relays (they are linked to ac fan high and lo as well)
4)Ground pin 1 on both high and lo relays
Note: Fan pins are located as follows
You can do it the way I did which was to run a wire from which sits between pin 1 and the relay to a local ground or make your own ground.
5)DOUBLE-CHECK ALL WORK! When youre positive that everything is done properly, reconnect your battery.
