18-19PSI ok?

Stillen intake
Greddy Type S
Upper and lower Intercooler pipe

I performed the BCS restrictor removal tonight. I can get boost to spike to about 18-19PSI then fall to 15psi and slowly drop to 13psi. Everything else is stock. I have the feeling this isn't within acceptable limits for my setup. Am i hurting the turbo? Hurting the engine? Before I could spike to maybe 16-17PSI at the most then settle to arounf 14-14PSI. Should I put the restrictor back? I have no MBC

That PSI does seem to be getting into dangerous territory since you have no fuel delivery mods. A bigger fuel pump might be a good idea. If you run too lean, that is bad for the engine.

no mbc and spiking that high is BAD, with stock setup you should be lucky to spike to 10psi. 19 psi is 3lbs too far. You engine is detonating and dying QUICKLY. Buy an mbc and turn that shit down..15-16 lbs MAX. If you later invest in fuel system you can run a touch higher. You will KILL your car like this.
