1999 Civic si specs

Just wondering if anybody had any specs on a 1999 civic si not a hatchback not bench racing just trying to find out if there fast......or if they spin alot

160hp stock. Usually net high 15s at the track. Stock Si's really arent much to get worried about. Its FWD, so yes its going to spin 1st a little unless its got some good rubber underneith of it. Only time you really have to worry about a b16a is if its swapped into a hatch or boosted.

No, Like said above dont be worried unless it is boosted or unless it has some serious bolt ons(cams etc..)

You'll probally still smoke him, you're AWD, hes FWD....he has no traction, you have all traction God I wish I would have gotten a AWD....:-( Wanna trade for my FWD TSI

Haha, this is why i bought a honda, for people who think turbo AWD is god and its "just" a civic. Love it.

Anyway, like i said, all motor b16s arent going to net a whole lot unless its in a light hatch. The car weighs 2700+ lbs. and it takes a lot to get close to the 200whp range all motor. Even if he popped the hood, what are you gonna want to look at? You cant see cams chief. Just race him, if its not boosted and he has a little money all motor, it'll be a good race.
