Nice. I would stay away from Porterfield. The R4S pads are some of the worst they make, the regular R4's are better.

EBC Pads are almost entirely useless. The Greenstuff clumps up and falls apart, the Redstuff does the same after slightly more abuse, and the Yellowstuff performs decently, but it's not a race pad by any means. It also doesn't bite when cold. They do have a carbon pad they recently released, but I haven't tried it.

You're better off with Hawk HPS and regular old blank rotors.

Yeah the brake setup is being completely revamped. The Porterfield pads are definitely out of the picture now. Still figuring out what I want to do for sure but it will be awhile before I get that far.

Thanks for the compliment. It is just a universal 19-row from extremepsi. You just have to be a little crafty to get everything working as intended. See this thread for the minor complications I had if you are planning on trying it yourself :fitting needed for evo ix ofh

Money has been really tight these last few months but hopefully some updates will be coming soon! I did recently hit this milestone though:

Have you run a compression test? It would interesting with 190K miles

Nah. If it dies, it dies and I will have to save up for a new, built 4g63t. (side note: it is awesome that my phone recognized 4g63t as a word and corrected me when I hit h instead of g. Lol)
