Picked up a high-rise spoiler last night that’s in decent shape.

Three problems, though, I don’t have any of the bolts for it, I don’t know what size the bolts are and one of the bolt threaded holes is gone. I looked on here for the bolt size, but I’m getting conflicting answers.

I’ll post some pictures below, if anyone has any advice, I would appreciate it!

Bolts threading into the high rise spoiler should be M6 x 1.00 x 20mm long. They are washer assembled bolts, there are (4) total used, and the part number is MF244226.

I'm actually weirdly interested in your fenders and side lights what year of car or company did you (or if you have an idea of the previous owners actions) I am just wondering where they are from, I am loving the look and even more surprisingly I think it looks so damn clean and avg but superior with that sunset orange and I love the spoiler delete (i know its not intentional)

Do you think with that one threaded hole being gone it’s going to cause an issue? I’m not sure really how to go about fixing that.

Hey, thanks! So I believe the front fenders are just standard fiberglass Z3 fenders. Back when I was working on my first car they were pretty popular.

Do you mean the side lights in the front bumper Or the side mirrors with the lights? If you mean the mirrors on the driver side and passenger side I honestly don’t know what brand they are. They came like that from California from the original owner. The one on the passenger side is in a little bit of a rough shape, but I’m hoping I can fix it because I do like them. I have no idea if they’re functional at this time.

As far as the spoiler, I’m not sure if I’m going to like it or not but right now the car is stored outside because I don’t have a garage. I’m in New York so I’m trying to fill the holes where the spoiler was the best way possible when the weather is super cold. If we don’t like the look of it, we might just smooth it out in the long run and keep it without it.

I also am waiting on a new trunk latch from eBay because the one that’s installed doesn’t seem to work at all. You can’t get it to close even though it doesn’t seem like it’s seized up so I’m hoping it just needs a new latch.

I would try to find a way to secure it, somehow. I have an idea involving epoxy and a flange nut but I’d probably think on it for a little while before jumping straight into it.

I was able to source an OEM remake of the High Rise Spoiler gasket from Paul Adams on Facebook.

He makes them for the high-rise, low rise and talent spoilers. He also just started making the OEM replacement gaskets for the two eclipse taillight as well. I found him through the DSM nation Facebook group.

He shipped out the item in less than 24 hours from when I paid, which is awesome. When I am able to put it on, I’ll put a review and overview on the thread.

They were $50 shipped to NY. I believe the Talon one is more.

Pulled down the gross headliner! Think I found the culprit of the leak.

I think this is part #MR380077, can anyone confirm?

No more mix and match 16” and 17” rims. Got a complete set of 18” rims and tires in good shape. Came off of a Kia but they look good!

So due to the leak in the sunroof, the interior was pretty shot when I get the car back. Here’s some photos of the carpet and what underneath it looked like.

Degreased and washed out the carpet and painted it with vinyl/fabric paint. Turned out really well!

Finished the carpet up and got it put back in the car. Also switched out the center console with a black version.

Cleaned up and painted the trunk carpet as well. Need to clean up the plastics for sure too.
