I have put a newer engine and transmission in my eclipse gst. The newer engine had the cam sensor in a different location and had to put the air intake from the old one onto the new one due to a sensor on that as well. The transmission has a few oddities such as O/D off making it go into nuetral. What could be the issue? What has to be done to correct this? We used the same ECU that was used with the old engine.
