1995 EAGLE TALON TSI AWD 5SPEED Has electrical Problem and pops infront of shifter?

Hello, I have a Eagle talon I recently Purchased and Now it will start and run and Much more although the RPM Is around a Steady 2, Wich is High for a Stock 2G. Then above the shifter in the center council Behind stero there is a Poping sound Simular to a Relay Pop. Sounds the same as a Home breaker poping but it is constant and all the gages will begin to Move about and not work. The Speedo will say 0mph One second then 45 the next and im going slow in 1st gear also when turn signals are on they make the sound but no Lights or anything. I turned the Idle down and It was Still at 2000RPM Wich makes me Think is this the ECU Going bad or what? Any Information would be great thank you. I also am curuious where to find a DSM Anti Lag system, Also what is the Max SAFE long term HP On a Stock 7Bolt no lower end Work or anything just flat out stock everything?. Also what are some modifications to reach 400AWHP? Ive seen Many numbers but what one is it?

Sounds like ECU is going bad, pull it out and open it up and inspect it. As for the safe hp depends how good the motor is and other stuff. Tech Guide - DSMtuners Read thru there that should help with what you need to learn.

To the op, check for a bad ground. Also ensure your ECM is properly grounded and bolted to the car as it should be.

check the relays , thats the clicking sound you most likely hear. i belive there are 3 or 4 of them
