1995-96 Fog Light Question

Okay, so one of my headlights is just barely fogged over, so I'm starting to look at a replacement. I thought about getting the halo ones for a bit, but I decided that I don't like that look on an Eclipse (they only look good on BMW's I think... anyway...)

So! I want to just get new stock lights to replace it, but I want the lights with the black housing, like the one here. I really like the black housing with white paint.

But then here's my problem. I think that the black headlights will look kind of stupid with the 1995-1996 fog lamps, as they are just plain lights. I've looked around for aftermarket lights but never found anything. Any body have ideas on what would look good? Or a picture of a car with black headlights and the factory fog lamps? Any ideas would be great. Thanks

The black housing light only came on the 97-99 eclispe which will not fit on the 95-96 but what you can do is take your (NEW)headlight apart or you can go Advanced Auto or one them places and buy that headlight brigthern stuff to get rid of the fogging over, which is not hard at and paint the chrome housing black it is a fourm on in apperance etc. You also can do a 97-99 conversion on your car which is not really costly. I have a set of black halos on my car with black housing not real big on the halo part just the projector beams. Good luck!! Now about the fog lights looking stupid as you say I have seen a 2ga(96-96) with black housing projector beams and it didn't look all that bad and not only that his car was white too. If you want something that will looks nice I would do the chrome because the car is white it will blend in. Good luck again

When I bought my 96 Eclipse the fog lights were missing completely. So I bought a nice used set on E-Bay for $25. They are completly clear and look brand new. That is an option for you. Just keep checking for them. Streetlegends is correct, the fog lights you are looking at will not fit the 95-96's. You would need to do a conversion which would require a new bumper, new head lights, and then your new fog lights. Hope that helps.
