I have a 1994 Talon TSi. I am wanting to know of a couple of things that I could do to make the performance better but still have a daily driver. Any suggestions will be welcomed. Thanks!

Yeah, I am understanding what you guys are telling me. So far I have an idea what approach I am going to take. My dad is an engine builder and were going to take a stock 6 bolt 4g63 and turn it into a turbo motor. Also upgrade the intercooler to a front mount and a better BOV but I am not sure which brand to go with.

The stock BOV does really good, no need to upgrade that for awhile...

Do a compression check. Replace the plugs, change the oil, replace air filter, remove the air box. Take off the IC tubes and clean those out, as well as the side mount IC. Make sure all your fluids are clean and full. Ensure that your throttle is at WOT when its pressed to the floor. And check to see that your clutch system is in proper working order(pedal height, master and slave cylinder). Then you can think about doing some bolt-on's.

Okay. Well let me throw another bit of information out here. This car had a blown 7 bolt motor when it was bought. When I tore the motor down a rod had broke which also broke the lower balance shaft and put a nice hole in the side of the block. So I found a cheap 6 bolt motor on craigslist and bought it not knowing that that there was a difference in the 6 and 7 bolt motors. But I am not going to do much to the 6 bolt motor just rings, bearings, and pistons. Maybe a slight over bore to clean the walls because of the fact that this motor had previously had all the valves knocked out which caused a couple of the pistons to crack.

Yeah the turbo block is the same, you just have to tap four holes is squirters can be installed. By the way, does anyone know where I can get the oil squirters, or do I have to go to the Mitsubishi dealer to get that part. I have 3, one was damaged when the rod snapped.

It'll drop right in, just change your flywheel and clutch to a 6 bolt.
