Looking good! Body work is a long process isn't it? Most people don't realize how much work it is till they start! Hahah.

Pix of the redone waterpumphousing to make waterflow go "forward"

Can you give more info on rad. manuf. part no. or application.

Excellent build congrat.

Thank you !.

Unfortunatley i cannot give you any more info, I just measured the empty enginebay of my car and it was like 32" between the front facing chassiebeams, so i coose a radiator that was a little less wide than exactly 32".
Its an "china-made" aftermarket radiator though.

here is the link to my sponsors website with the correct radiator for you !

27,5' x18,5´ Cheva anslutningar till vattnet mod2

All the radiators on the site seem to be the same except for the width & connections that are either Ford/Chrysler or Chewy

I will also cut off the six lower cells of the radiator and reweld it. to make
it 3" shorter in total height since i dont want it to reach down below the intercooler/crashbeam.

That awkward moment when the user from Sweden has better spelling and grammar than a US citizen.

ROFL

Nice build thread dude, love everything about it. But I think I already said that. Send me one!

how about the fact that the guy from sweden can write complete sentances without abreviations and english is possibly not his first language.
it doenst take too much extra time to write out the word "radiator""manufacturer""part number" or "congradulations" in a sentance that makes proper sense in english so the guy from sweden can understand you.
great build by the way. epic.

Great work! I don't know if it's the same thing, but those hardy discs (when used on steering columns) are referred to as "Rag Joints" here in the us.

Thank you for the info, But are thy named the same for the propshafts ?
Onlu cars I know that have these are Volvo 740 + BMW´s

Plastskärmar.se - 2012-04-16 has offerd me free of charge, an 5mm scratchfree wiendshield + the inner part for my roofscoop to allow fresh iar into the car

Well I understand and I am sorry, but since these are very common, I saw no problem in using them and the OP had no problem understanding what I was asking, as he answered right away 35 minutes latter on his next post.

By the way I used the search and there are 10 pages where "rad." has been used,
42 posts where "manuf" has been used.
15 posts "congrat" and 10 pages or 500 posts "congrats"
I did not find any for "part no."
But none the less I apologize again to the OP, even if I think it was it nit picking.
If any further comments are needed on the subject I think it should be taken up by PMs so as to not clutter this wonderful thread.

Maybe people should preview their own post before hitting submit, see above quote.

Tday we had a long afternoon in the garage, but did not do too much with own car, we spent som hours changing the gearbox on a Volvo 740.

But i managed to take out the rear doors crash-beam, approx 2 kgs each

I cut my hinges in half, and using the top half, of the upper hinge, and the bottom half of the lower one, but now I am trying a set of marine hinges on the passenger side, they are plastic, I will have to do some adapting to them.

You could still cut yours in half.

I am now looking at a marine one that comes in 2 pieces, and all you would have to do is lift the door and the door will come off, easier to work inside car.

Nice work.

Today i have ordered a lot of aluminium screws, bolts & locking nuts i several different sizes. they will hold, vindscreen, doors, + a lot of other parts

/ K

Been cleaning all 4 doors inside and out totally, a lot of dirt inside them after beeing outside for 14months.

Will order one of rear subframes as soon as i can save up enough money:

Just ordered a complete set of these arches off an Fiat Strada picjup,

Here are a couple of pics, the one I mentioned that you can just lift the door up, I dont have it here.

Well for some reason I cant upload the pics. giving me file error.
