I have searched alot so if i missed something just put a link.
Ok first off i have these problems one involves the transmission because it likes to grind at high rpms(in second) after the car has been running awhile could this be a synhro and someone told me that i should get some synchro mesh and that will fix it.
Second is after the car has been ran a while (about and hour or two) it just dies but it starts right back up. I dont understand why it does it.
One more thing is that i want to build this car up but i want to start with suspension first what would you recomend for a car that will be used for auto x and if i can road race.

Thanks RallyTalon93

Oh and one more thing my timing gears or whatever aren't lined up and there is a hole in my flex pipe just wondering if these might have something to do with it.

Timing gears not lining up would be a problem. Your car will not run right if they are not lined up properly.

When was the last time this car has had a tuneup? Plugs and plug wires changed, timing belt replaced, fluids flushed, etc?

the last tuneup was about 400 miles ago and the timing belt about 4 grand i just dont understand

In regards to your tranny issues, synchromesh cleared it up for me. It is pricier, but well worth it for better shifting with no grinding. I simply used the GM brand available at any GM dealer. :thumb:
