17x8.5, 40mm offset 5x114.3 with 245/40R17's

Do any of you guys know if I will have some trouble with any rubbing/contact with this setup? Over in the handling forum I was asked to ask around about contact but that this setup would be good for performance.

I am planning on getting coilovers at some point but I don't plan to lower the car much at all/if any.

Thanks for the input. Hopefully someone is familiar with running something similar to this.

Im looking at the same wheel and tire size...this thread helped a little. Looks like a 40 series would be better for the both of us.

i have 17x8.5 +30 and used to run a 245/40 and theres wasn't much room left so id say its gonna be tight

It'll be tight in back. May need to roll the rear fenders once dropped. I have a slightly lower offset and had to roll the rear fenders once dropped.
