Im going to be ordering rota slipstream 17x8 +48mm offset. i plan on getting 15mm spacers to make it a +33mm offset because i want them to stick out of the fenders. i was planning on running 235/45/17 tires and im currently at stock height. would i have any problems with this setup thxs. could it be possible to go with a 245/45/17?

Why would you want to ruin your suspension geometry and all just for some rims that 'look' good to you????

I see so many cars with rims on them and next thing you know, they need wheel bearings all the time or the tires are wearing funny and suspension bottoms out among other things. There is such a thing as functionality and looks. Looks will eat you out of house and home whereas functionality will help keep the car running well.

Moving the centerline out like that is going to mess up your alignment, put excessive pressure on your bearings, and can cause your new, expensive tires to wear funny or feather. There is such a thing as fit and such a thing as correct fit.

My brother boughts some rims for his honda civic. He bought some 19s for it and he has a 2008 civic. According to tirerack (who he bought them from) they were supposed to fit the car. After running 25k to 30k miles with 40k mile tires that he bought with the rims, they inside started showing steelbelt and the outside still had decent tread. Do what you want but, unless you change your suspension setup and your camber as well, it is not going to be good. Moving the rims away from the hub is even worse. Just my .02 worth with lots of experience as well.
