16G turbo install kit doesnt work

You got what you payed for.

You could have gotten all that stuff you need from a good vendor for not much more money and it would have been high quality.

Might just be me but I'm confuse on what you're saying.
From the looks of that kit it should fit. From the picture the top part of that long line should go into the oil filter housing and the part bends in the bottom OF THAT long line should go into the turbo. But I would suggest you feed it from the head later on.
I'll come back and check later if you still need help.

it probably doesnt work cause its from ebay.... there are plenty of reputable vendors that have the exact same thing... but it will be of better quality. as always you get what you payfor.

There are plenty of good parts on ebay, you just have to know what to look for. It is pretty obvious by looking at the pics that this kit is crap.

not suprised you had issues with an ebay kit. who knows, maybe its setup for an ebay 16g LOL.

just grab an STM kit for a tad more wayy worth it.

An ebay 16g uses the same kit as a mhi 16g. Even the ebay 16g's come with the correct install parts.

K well i found out my car is first production 2g which has a different oil feed line, which is why it didnt fit, ordered a new feed line that should fix the problem.

The hole in the oil filter housing where the feed line fitting screws into is the same size on all 4g63'a 90-99, so that isn't the problem. You did take the restrictor/adapter out right? Just get a 1g oil feed line and banjo bolts, block off the filter housing and feed it from the head.

You can also use your stock 2g drain line by modifying the bolt holes in it and it will be better than that drain line setup that you got. That thing will kink and kill the seals in the turbo real quick.

Hell I don't know- why did Mitsubishi source all 1G 14B's and Evo VIII/IX 16G's from the head at the factory?

I was unaware, i have a 2g :p and have never ran the oh so common 16g or 14b LOL my bad...... I guess im stuck in 50 trim+ land LOL

I am not trying to argue, but how can you look at that kit and tell its crap? It is just some metal lines and gaskets. I ask because I bought that kit but haven't paid yet. What is lower quality about it?
