do you have to have the coolant lines going into the turbo, or will the oil line be sufficient for cooling?

The reason i'm asking is because I currently have a Garret AGP 50 trim and it is onlyoil cooled.

I'm selling my kit and am looking for a quicker spooling turbo that only has oil feed and not the water lines.

What about a 20g turbo? If not, what is the quickest spooling downward outlet compressor housing turbo that does not require coolant lines?
