16g compresor wheel question

on the 91 tsi awd i just got, i was pulling off the turbo to figure out what was up with the turbine housing. i previously posted that it was a 14b with a funny exhaust housing.

it is a 16g but the wheel is really chewed up bad. i am not sure if it is a small 16 a big or an evo. i am not sure how to tell the differance.

anyways i want to get a new compressor wheel for it and i don't know if i can buy just that or what. also a friend of mine took off the compressor housing on his turbo and couldn't get it back together

is this because he is an idiot or because there is a special trick?
where can i get a new wheel?
can i put in a big or evo wheel?
about how much is a new one?

also the exhaust housing where the exhaust comes into it is a rectangle shape, about 5.8 cm by 4.2 i think, what is it off of?

If it's a 16g, it will have fins variate on the compressor wheel.

Only way to tell the difference between the 16g wheels is to measure the compressor wheels. No other easy way. They are all housed in a TD05H housing.

I know hahn sells new small 16g compressor wheels for 125. You may be able to find other places though. this is the only place i know of.

Hmm..

You mean the exhaust side of the turbine housing?

Mine is rectangular as well, as it is a 10cm^2 turbine housing ( i have a hahn super 16g for the moment) and its square'ish. the housing actually comes from Mitsubishi trucks. you know, the big Fuso ones...yeah...thats what hahn sells.

You just may have a hahn super 16g. Mercy on your poor soul.
