14b on stock fuel system?

Looking to upgrade to a 14b. I have full exhaust, intake, MBC, but all stock fuel system. I am running a boost gauge but not an A/F (yet).

Is it risky to run a 14b at stock pressure (12psi) on a stock fuel system? Not looking to boost like crazy (yet) but I am pretty sure my t25 is in need of a rebuild and I don't want to waste my money.

Absolutely not you will be fine. Just Run wastegate pressure, you will love the 14b great little turbo. Read thru this thread you will be amazed what this turbo can do.

I am guessing that a small 16g should run fine also as long as the boost is kept down as well (<15psi)?

Yes, the small 16g should be fine at stock boost. Just watch for boost creep.

Just run wastegate pressure. Don't up the boost untill you get a fuel pump injectors wideband and tuning software.

You'll be fine, I ran a 14B on my car.
It did spike to 18-20psi though with my full 3" TBE and O2 dump so watch out for that.

get atleast a 190 lph walbro fuel pump

you can run 12-16 psi no problem
