14b Heat Shield fitting a E316g?

I haven't done this myself but before I try and remove everything from a donor car, can a 14b heat shield off the front facing portion of the turbo fit well enough to use the same bolt holes on an e316g?
 
The turbine housing has all the same bolt hole placements. Only problem that may arise is if you swapped to a 2g or evo3 o2 housing since the o2 sensor placement is different from 1gs.
