just put a 14b on my car and i noticed that on the t-25 there was a vacuum line that came of the factory boost controller and t'ed off one going to the wastegate and the other going to the air turbine. on the 14b there is no nipple on the air turbine, do i just run a line from the wastgate to the boost controller or have it t and one end going up the intake mani or something? bascily where do i run the new lines?

Off the nipple on the J-pipe and the wastegate. In the time it took you to post that you could have searched and found the answer. Recommend doing it next time so your post doesn't get deleted before it gets answered and you have to search anyways.

As Adam mentioned, you need to have a pressure source close to the turbo's compressor wheel. MOST people have a nipple fitting on their J-pipe or L-pipe; some tap the compressor housing outlet itself for one. The closer you can get the pressure source, the better. Most people ditch the stock BCS for an MBC when they upgrade turbos as well. If you can't do that yet, I suggest running a straight vacuum line from your pressure source to the wastegate actuator, bypassing the BCS. This will limit your boost until you can get a decent MBC.

Do NOT use the BOV line for a pressure source. Do NOT tee anything into the BOV line.
