13g vs 14b? how much difference?

Ok so my car is a auto therefore it has a 13g. What im wondering is how much more powerfull it a 14b car? When i finally upgrade im going to just go ahead and do the conversion to the E316g. What kind of boost can i run max on my little turbo till I upgrade? I plan on getting 650cc's and 3" turbo back, and a FMIC before i get the e316g setup. But say ive got the free mods, boost gauge, boost controller, exhaust what kind of boost can i run on the 13g? If i go to the track what can i expect out of my car like it is now or maybe on about 15 psi?

thanks for the links but that still didnt tell me what i was asking about what kind of boost i can run and what kind of times i can get out of the 13g.

It's looking to be about 15psi from what I have read.
I would say the best thing to do is start low and work your way up. Watch your timing and knock, and take it to the track and let us know what you run. Guessing any time you would run right now would be considered bench racing.
