How more power from 14b vs 13g

Hey almost finished my auto to five speed swap got the 450cc injectors and 5-speed cams going in soon just wondering should i even bother putting in a 14b or should i just keep the 13g and turn up the boost on it. I dont think there is a big power difference between them let me know what you think.
 
I don't know the exact numbers but the 14b does flow more cfm. While you in there it wouldn't be a bad idea to go ahead and bolt it on, or if it's in you budget to buy a nicely used big 16g or somting along those lines.

Yeh , what he said. If you have it, or if its no problem to get it then it will be worth it. 14B is a great turbo. I love mine. :sneaky:
 
Thats what I will do have to take the turbo off anyways since one of the manifold bolts is spinning in the head so its need to be fixed. Also i'll just drop in a 2g manifold the 13g manifolds are even worse the the 1g 5-speed ones that is sad. Got a 14B for $100 mint shape and sold my 13g for $70 so cant go wrong. Canadian dollars.

1g auto manifold suck. When I did the 450cc/5spd Mani/14b swap on my old auto it ran much better then before. You could actually FEEL it pull.
