Nice run! Everyone says the .55 a/r housing limits them. Any proof?
Don't get me wrong I'm not saying you can't make a lot of power with a smaller housing... You and many others have proved that. Just saying you'll make more power with a larger one.
I believe Talondave picked up quite a bit switching from a .55 to a .70? I bet it would pick up even more with a larger housing. I suppose it's just depends on what you use the car for. When racing, pressure ratios of 1:1 or better just plain work. Obviously you have to find a happy median between "spool time" and peak power on a street car, so most don't run ideal peak power P/R's.
If the exh. back pressure is 3-4x the manifold pressure you're leaving a ton of HP on the table. You can only combat it to a point by running tons of boost and special cams... but why restrict the engine more than you have to? It makes more heat, and is harder on parts.

. Turbo is a billet 60mm 7/12 blade turbo with a bep t3 70ar hotside. Straight bada$$ turbo, defenity want to get another one. Was just wondering what the fastest hx40 fwd is running because the goal is to brake the record for fwd
