Regina,
Hey, I want to install my new KYB-GR-2's shocks/struts, but I can't decide on springs. I bought some cheap ebay coilovers, but I don't think I want to install them. I just want some normal springs with a 1" drop or maybe a 1.5" drop if I have too. At the lowest point of my RnR exhaust it is only 3.5 inches from the ground. What are my best options for the best price? Any help is awsome :thumb:

I would go with Eibach Pro's which have a 1" drop. You go also go with Progress springs or Suspension Techniques, they both have a 1.3" drop.

Also, Sprint springs are pretty inexpensive, but also good quality...they offer 1.5" springs.

H&R is only a 1.2" drop which will work well with the GR-2s. You HAVE to have a spring that is less than a 1.5" drop. I had some KYB GR-2 shocks and they blew after only a month of driving with Intrax springs. They are nice OEM replacement shocks but you can't over lower them.

I have had a few different kind of springs and I would have to say for the money TEIN has the best feel to them. And you can get them cheap on ebay for about $150-$175 a pair. I was kind of optumistic because usually there stuff is so expensive but I was very pleased with them. I prefer them over the Eibach Sportline's and Pro's. It depends on what you want for a ride. Stiff or a softer ride.
