1.8l FWD tranny and 2.0 FWD N/T Tranny interchangable

I just got a 2.0 n/t Talon ES (93) from an auction for $1100. the only problem is that there is no 4th gear, or at least it won't shift into 4th.
My buddy's brother is junking his 1.8l n/t FWD Eclipse GS the transmission in both cars look the same, have the same part number of KF5M22. And according to a few sites I have read they are the same transmission.

But I want to ask before I try swapping them, will the transmissions swap?

yea,like you said they both have the f5m22,ive done it and it works.just the turbo tranny is different,f5m33.
