Has anyone seen these engines? Has anyone though about swapping one? They are mated with a 5 speed awd tranny? Any benefits of diesel?

Fuel economy? My dad's TDI Jetta gets like 49 MPG highway. But I am fairly sure the turbo is a low pressure turbo. Like 5psi or something.

My buddy just sold a Ford Ranger Turbo Diesel with a 4D55 in it.


It was AWESOME.
