does anyone make an 02 housing with the wastegate flange already welded onto it?

I think he is asking about a N/T, not a factory turbocharged car.

Well unless he's going to run a wastegate for kicks and giggles he has no reason to be running an O2 housing unless he's got a turbo so I wouldn't think it matters T or NT.
