0.02 volts at WOT? Not the o2 sensor...

This is on my 1G.

No, its not the O2 sensor. I've replaced it with a known working one. I don't know if anyone can help much, because I did research on this and a couple of people have had this problem, but no one seems to know what the direct answer is.

0.02 voltage at 100% throttle no matter what. O2's will cycle normally when not at wot. 0 counts of knock, timing climbs higher then normal (27°-30°), and IDC seems a bit lower then usual. This happened suddenly when driving home. I'm not sure how to diagnose this.

Replaced the O2 sensor. Removed the potentimeter. Richen the SAFC. Still, no change. I can't figure it out. Would a bad pump/relay do this? Perhaps a bad electrical device install? What are the things that I haven't covered yet for me to check? I really need the car up and running well before the 19th for track day

does the car still pull normalling hard? causs i have a similar problem were car pulls great just o2s wont read over .76, and no im not lean, but your is alot more lower then that. if you apsalutly sure your not lean then hey your in my boat too, but i doubt it, .02 is to low to not have a lean out problem

Ya, I remember reading some of your posts about your O2voltages. This, I think, is a different issue because it doesn't feel like it's pulling hard at all. It feels like there's super timing retard, but the logger doesn't reflect it :confused: Anyone else have any ideas? I'll post some logs tonight.

2nd->3rd WOT pulls...

I don't usually log baro and airflow, so I was wondering if anyone can tell me if that looks normal to help me figure out what to diagnose next.

Wow thats pretty strange how 2nd gear the voltage drops off.
I would try another ECU, possibly the intake sensor, might have something to do with the load on the engine, because in neutral between shifts the voltage goes up.

1) Swapped ECU's and it's still doing the same thing.

2)Lowered the fuel pressure to 35 (vacuum hose off), upped the safc settings to a rediculous amount (+40 accross the board), no change...still 0.02 volts at wot.

3)I have a stutter box, and when stuttering, 0.02 volts again.

4)Removed fuel pump rewire, no change.

Some things I noted: WOT runs, EGT sensor (which is before the o2 sensor) heats up past 1600, coenciding with the rate the o2 voltages drop.

I can't think of anything else to check except to swap MAF's with my 2g. Disappointed I won't run at the track today...
