0.000 O2 Voltage While DRIVING (need HELP)

My SAFC-2 Reads Voltage of 0.000 while driving at normal speed, no boost. So, the car likes to buck/lurch/shake it makes it unconfrotable to drive baiscally. I got a Misfire on cyc. 4 and also a TSP Malfunction ... ANY IDEA'S? How about the fact that I have no Cat and the downstream 02 might be pissed off?

If your AFC isn't reading voltage than the sensor is gone...Replace this first.
