Have had the thought while working on getting this car back to health as the paint is not in the best condition and was curious how hard / expensive would it be to DIY paint a Spyder without completely stripping everything out of it?

Depends on how good you want it to be. Doing engine bay? Door jams? Trunk space? Going rattle can or paint gun? Lots of factors to consider. Ill be paintingmy spyder by myselfbeforemy motor goes back in. You can do a good diy paint job for less than $1000 paint included.

Not show at worthy but not rattle can. Invested in a good paint gun, Just not sure where to get good automotive paint and the techniques or preparations needed
