ECMlink BoostEst not matching Gauge

Not really a newby, but I am new to tuning. I am not getting matching boostest and ecuboost, but ecuboost is matching my gauge. I know I have a leaking tb shaft seal behind the TPS. Is this something I need to mess with?

BoostEst assumes 100% VE, so it is only accurate at peak VE (~5500rpm), WOT. Any other situation of operation it is to be ignored. It is also completely useless using SD as it will just tell you the value you have typed into the cell on the SD table. If you tried to get BoostEst to match your actual boost when using SD, every cell would be 100.

Thank you, I was hoping it was something I didnt need to worry about. Everything is dialed in but those two not matching had me worried.

They should be close, if they were off by 10psi something is not dialed in right.
