I am having problems with my A/Fest matching my wideband during open loop and while doing a pull for data logging. In the upper RPM's I'm about 1 full A/F point off of the A/Fest ex: A/Fest=9.5 Wideband~10.5. Should I adjust the fuel sliders to compensate for this before I start messing with the DA table to get my A/F's where I want them??

My wideband is located right before the flex section on my downpipe and the display matches the logged value or is within .1 (tough to look at both while driving). Fuel pressure is correct and I have my Evo IX injectors set up as per Thomas Dorris' Wiki.

I DO have my MAF calibrated pretty well for idle and cruise, and I have adjusted my MAF so my Boostest to matches my boost gauge (as accurately as I can since I don't have a MAP sensor).

*I'm not worried about the degree of timing pulled right now, I want to focus purely on getting my A/F ratios correct.

Who cares about an estimate. Tune off your wideband.

I logged my AFR via the EGR input + AEM UEGO 5v output and it was inaccurate.

To do it correctly you need to zero out your fuel sliders. Then you go to your open loop DA table and change your high load AFR to like 10.5 (pretty much anywhere you see 9.5-9.6 change it to 10.5). Then you adjust your MAF comp table till your wideband reads 10.5AFR at full boost (this is your AF estimate you put in the DA table). After it all matches up all you have to do is adjust your open loop DA table to the AFR you want and it should match on the wideband. Make sure you log MAF HZ so you know where to adjust the MAF comp sliders.

Fuel sliders are old school and not the proper way to do things on V3 unless it is just to test something. From what i see in your log you need to up the MAF sliders a good amount just to start.

I guess to sum it up you want to make your AFR estimate to match your wideband. But since your wideband does not read as low as your maxoctane DA fuel table wants, you need to change it to a value your wideband can read hence the 10.5. Then you just adjust your MAF comp sliders in the affected area up or down to make the wideband match the DA table.

^I guess am old school then because I love tuning with the fuel and timing sliders LOL. I just don't like tuning with the DA tables.
