FACTS. To be honest, I have been anticipating it for 30 years. That's why my digital footprint has always been semi-anonymous..... It really...really sucks. Beware when you apply for loans and even just simple insurance paperwork at work....that information gets "stolen" and sold to the dark web. The people who are so careless with our private information don't even get penalized for these breaches which in turn negatively affect our lives forever.

Facts - a bit off topic but yes, I have been actively working for at least the last 20 yrs to avoid the camera at all costs, I’m in some guys book he wrote while I was deployed- war tourist idk , point Is I refused to be pictured.

People give me confused dirty looks when I politely ask them not to take pictures of me, work, school, social events ect.

I know it’s common now to see people being hunted down by AI assisted machines, but I’ve always know about this tech long before it was unapologetically streamed to our devices in 4k to kill.

I am pretty sure you guys have permission to use the "membersonly" bbcode to wrap your photos with, so that only those who are logged in can see them. That's what I did. Give it a try.

Unfortunately, there is a time limit on the edit function .

Well, maybe Chris needs to edumacate me, too.

Mike - some members of site staff can edit posts for you so, for future reference, report it with what you want fixed and it can be corrected.

That said, I tried editing your post with that code and it didn’t take.

Oh hell, it doesn't matter for attachments - I have it set so that people need to be logged in to view attachments, so the membersonly bbcode isn't needed for that. Everyone who has posted images in this thread can feel somewhat comfortable that randos viewing the site aren't seeing the images (including AI).

But in general, yeah, if you guys want to post any content that should only be viewable to logged in members only, not logged out visitors, just wrap it in this bbcode: [_membersonly_]Content[_/membersonly_] without the underscores.
